[How to make a reservation]

SEARCH

Insert the destination in the appropriate field. Wait for the list to load and select the city.
Enter the dates and click on search
  SELECT

Select a hotel from the list
of results. Check the details and make appropriate changes if you are not satisfied.
  BOOK

Before making final reservation please check that the treatment selected is available for the whole period or on some days only.
Once you have selected a hotel click on book
  SUMMARY

A reservation summary will appear together with the form for payment with credit card and to enter the traveller's details. If you sish to receive an invoice select the appropriate ckeck-box
  CONFIRMATION

A code number will be isued and the voucher can be printed.
You will receive notification of payment together with the reservation's details.
                 
       
 


  • How can I make a reservation?
    Nothing easier with Etphotels: follow our photo-instructions as a guidance.
  • Is the price per room or per person?
    The published tarifs are per room and night. The price is calculated based on the number of persons inserted in the hotel search form.
    In the search results the total reservation price is shown.
  • Is using credit cards secure?
    Yes. Security is very important to us. Etphotels uses a secure commercial server on which your credit card details are encoded and decoded into a non-usable format. (See also Terms and Conditions)
  • Which credit cards are accepted?
    The accepted credit card types are those of following financial circuits:
    - Visa
    - Mastercard
  • My credit card number is correct but is not being accepted by the system. Why?
    • The hotel may not accept this credit card type;
    • The credit card may be expired;
    • The credit limit was exceeded;
    • There may be a problem in the system.
  • What type of rooms can I find at the hotel?
    • Single room: with one single bed and ideal for one person;
    • Twin room: for two persons, with two separate beds;
    • Double room: for two persons, with a matrimonial bed;
    • Double room for single use: a twin or double room for only one person;
    • Triple room: a twin or double room with a third bed, for three persons;
    • Quadruple room: a twin or double room with two additional beds, for four persons.


  • What happens when I make a reservation?
    When a reservation is completed a windows will appear with the reservation confirmation and number. One should keep this number and use it for any communication with Etphotels. Furthermore all reservations are confirmed by e-mail together with a link for the hotel voucher. This voucher must be given to the hotel upon arrival.
  • How long does it take to confirm a reservation?
    Reservations happen in real-time and are therefore immediate. At the end of the reservation the confirmation screen together with the reservation code as well as all pertaining details and voucher will be shown. This can all be printed. Further you will receive a confirmation e-mail at the e-mail address you specified.
  • You did not receive the confirmation e-mail. What does it mean?
    Maybe you have made typing mistake while inserting the your e-mail address. The reservation is still valid and you can handle it from the web with the reservation code indicated in the confirmation and which you have been keeping.
  • Will I receive a written confirmation from the hotel immediately after the reservation?
    No. The confirmation by EtpHotels is all you need. It contains your reservation code and the cancellation or modification policies for the reservation.


  • Which is your cancellation policy?
    The cancellation policy always depends from the hotel. You may read the corresponding cancellation and the no-show policy among the details of the chosen hotel. The cancellation policy may vary from hotel to hotel, we therefore suggest to always read it very carefully. Anyhow, most hotels require the cancellation communication a few days prior to the arrival date. If you do cancel within the terms set by the hotel, no penalty fee will be charged on your credit card.
    If the cancellation date goes over the set terms, this will comport the 100% debit of the amount corresponding to the first night.
  • How can I cancel or modify a reservation?
    Simply enter the reservation's code in the appropriate field on the Home Page and click on "GO". Follow the instructions thereafter.


  • Is breakfast included?
    Most hotels offer include breakfast. It may be a very simple breakfast, sometimes only with coffee and croissant. You can find this information on each hotel description page.
  • What kind of guaranties are you offering me?
    We provide total guaranty: you can see your voucher in real-time and this will be sent to you by e-mail as well.
  • Why do you need my personal data?
    • To service better all visitors of our website;
    • To make a reservation and to be able to send confirmation;
    • To inform you about eventual changes of your;
    • To keep you infomred about new products and spezial offers.
  • Which is your privacy policy?
